About

The Subway by Sandra Heimann will draw your interest after a couple of pages only. Even better – it will keep you hooked in until the very end.

It is hard to describe this book because it is a book about everything and nothing. We could not categorize it, but we found it intriguing. For this reason, we have decided to help the author publish it through our house.

Most of the action – well, all of it except for a few memories – takes place in the subway. Everything is underground. There are no fantasy monsters or fairies, but regular people who try to keep up with their daily activities.

One of them stands out in the crowd – Chris Anderson. Chris sells newspapers in a small stall in the subway. Everybody knows him and he knows pretty much everybody. After all, he is there for 25 years already.

Chris's interaction with the people is what makes this book so special. He knows some things about them, but he also tries to guess others' lives and activities. It is something we all do every once in a while, only he takes it to another level.
